Terms and Conditions

Juix Up "Refer a Friend" Program Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Juix Up "Refer a Friend" program allows existing users ("Referees") to refer their friends ("Friends") to sign up on the Juix Up website.

  2. To be eligible for the referral reward, the Friend must sign up on the Juix Up website using the unique referral link provided by the Referee.

  3. Both the Referee and the Friend will receive a $5 referral reward, which will be in a unique coupon code, shared via email. 

  4. The referral reward will only be granted when the Friend successfully completes the sign-up process on the Juix Up website, including providing accurate and valid information.

  5. The referral reward is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

  6. Referees may refer multiple Friends, but a maximum of one referral reward will be granted per Friend.

  7. Referees are responsible for ensuring that the referral link is shared with their Friends in a lawful and appropriate manner. The Referee must not engage in any spamming activities or use any unauthorized means to promote the referral link.

  8. Juix Up reserves the right to disqualify Referees or Friends who violate these terms and conditions or engage in any fraudulent or abusive activities.

  9. The referral reward will be credited to the Referee and Friend's Juix Up account within a reasonable timeframe after the Friend successfully signs up.

  10. Juix Up may modify or terminate the "Refer a Friend" program at any time without prior notice. In such cases, any outstanding referral rewards will still be honored.

  11. Juix Up reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Referees and Friends and to modify or cancel referral rewards if any fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

  12. The referral rewards earned through the "Refer a Friend" program are subject to the general terms and conditions of the Juix Up website.

  13. Referral Rewards are not stackable and can not be combined with existing coupon/voucher codes.

By participating in the Juix Up "Refer a Friend" program, Referees and Friends agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
